In a serving bowl, pour half of the crushed cookies. Set aside.
Blend cream cheese, powdered sugar and butter. Set aside.
Mix milk and pudding together. Fold in Cool Whip. Now add the cream cheese mixture to the pudding, and spoon on top of the cookies.
Top with the rest of the cookie crumbs. Keep refrigerated until serving. Garnish with fake or edible flowers and gummy worms, if desired.
