Coach K Breeze
- 3 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce lime juice (freshly squeezed)
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce cream
- 2 egg whites
- 1 teaspoon blue curacao
Add all ingredients except curacao to a cocktail shaker with no ice. Shake to mix, then add ice. Shake well, then strain into glasses. For a touch of Duke blue, drizzle blue curacao on top.
