Blueberry Cream Cheese Pound Cake
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese (room temperature)
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 cups blueberries

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan.

In a mixing bowl, add cake mix, sugar, eggs, cream cheese, oil and vanilla. Beat on low speed until thoroughly mixed. Scrape down bowl, then beat an additional 4 minutes on medium. Gently stir in blueberries. Pour batter into Bundt pan.

Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Test with toothpick. Cool in pan for 10 minutes before removing.
