You can find the original Blue Guy, a blend of vodka and blue BAM! Energy drink, at Kam’s in Champaign. Our version substitutes a locally available blue energy drink, and adds a little orange wedge for that Illini blue-and-orange feel.

These Cranberry-Pumpkin Muffins feature one of Illinois top products, canned pumpkin, perfect for a fall treat.

Cozy Dog Drive-In in Springfield, Il claims to be the first to put a corn dog on a stick. If you have a place nearby that makes corn dogs from scratch and deep fries them, by all means, invite those puppies to your party! (Ours came from Edzo’s Burger Shop in Evanston, IL.) Most of us will have to settle for a frozen version.
