Make sure to marinate these wings for several hours for the flavors to come through, especially the whiskey!
Jameson Wings
- 4 tablespoons onion (diced)
- 4 tablespoons garlic (minced)
- 3 tablespoons ginger (chopped)
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 3 teaspoons pepper
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3/4 cup Irish whiskey
- 4-5 pounds chicken wings

Preheat oven to 400F.

Mix onion, garlic, ginger, brown sugar, pepper, salt, soy sauce, olive oil, whiskey in a zip-top bag. Add chicken and marinate for 8-24 hours.

Place a cooling rack on a baking sheet and spray both with non-stick spray. Remove chicken from marinade and place on rack. Discard marinade.

Bake for 20 minutes, then turn chicken to cook evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes longer, until chicken is cooked through.
