These cheesestix are easy to make and just the right size for sharing with a group of friends!
Mad Mushroom Cheesestix
- 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
- 1/3 cup butter (melted)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons garlic
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 2 cups mozzarella (shredded)
- marinara sauce
- ranch dressing

Preheat oven to 425.

Spread dough on pizza pan. Combine garlic, melted butter, olive oil and seasoning. Brush on dough.

Top with plenty of mozzarella.

Bake for 15-18 minutes, until cheese is bubbly and brown in spots. Remove from oven, slice in half then into “fingers.” Serve with dipping sauces.
Serve with your choice of dipping sauces; ours were marinara and ranch.
