Zip's Burger

- 2 pounds ground beef
- 12 slices bacon (cooked)
- 6 slices American cheese
- 6 buns
- lettuce
- condiments: mayonnaise, mustard, ketchup, pickles
- Shape ground beef into 6 patties (unless you want thinner burgers and more layers).
- Cook burgers on stovetop or grill to desired doneness. Salt and pepper as they cook.
- Slather mayonnaise on the bottom bun, then add burger, cheese, bacon, lettuce, and desired condiments.
Note: Zip’s uses thinner patties and doubles-up on them, more beef, more cheese, more bacon. We went with the one and done version.
