Oregon State University’s mascot is Benny Beaver. We don’t know how wild he is, but the amaretto in this drink gives the Wild Beaver a crazy flavor!
Wild Beaver
- 3 oz amaretto liqueur
- 3 ounces cranberry juice
- 3 ounces Jack Daniels whiskey
- 3 ounces sweet-and-sour mix

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker (or what the heck, use a mason jar!) with some ice and go to it.

Pour over ice in an old-fashioned glass.
If you can find sugar-free sweet-and-sour mix, use that. Otherwise, the flavors are a little too syrupy and sweet.
